The Herbivory Network is a group of researchers investigating plant-animal interactions in tundra environments. The goal of the Network is to form collaborative partnerships and design standardized protocols for measuring herbivory across alpine and Arctic ecosystems.

The International Tundra Experiment (ITEX) is a network of researchers examining the impacts of warming on tundra ecosystems. Currently, research teams at sites throughout the world carry out similar, multi-year coordinated experiments that allow them to examine vegetation change across the tundra biome.

The Nutrient Network (NutNet) is a grassroots research effort to address the most pervasive human impacts on ecosystems alteration of global nutrient budgets and changes in the abundance and identity of consumers, these questions are answered within a coordinated research network comprised of more than 130 grassland sites worldwide
